Napoleonic reenactment at Cherasco, Part I...

Some days ago Lorena, a friend of mine, took some pics of the
Napoleonic reenactment at Cherasco, Italy, on the occasion of
the anniversary of the armistice between Napoleon and the Piedmontese army...

For your curiosity here are some pics. More in the next posts ;-)

By the way...welcome to our new follower Bluewillow

Enjoy! :-)

Napoleon and his staff...

French artillery...

French infantry in the wood...

Reenactors...

Austrian light infantry firing...

Les Hussards!...

Cuirassier charging...but not "Le colonel Chabert"...

And Happy Wargaming to All!

  4. I was there as French Revolutionary Fusilier. In those pictures you can see 51ème demibrigade from Loano, 59ème demibrigade from Marengo, 111ème demibrigade from Turin & Genoa and Gruppo Storico Montichiari (they are dressed green) from Montichiari (Brescia). Thank you for your photos. Sergio Cosseria (51éme demibrigade).
