Planning some scenarios...

Painting painting painting... and gaming?
Ok, I' m a miniature painter so I have to paint, but Gaming?

So I' m thinking to two scenarios, the first for the Three Musketeers,
and the second for some WWI tanks...

I' m inspired by these pics of a 17th century palace in Naples...
I image the musketeers arriving in a palace and ambushed by the villains...
or the Cardinal' s guards...
I' ll have to prepare some scenery... ;-)

This other picture, from the web, instead will be useful
for some tank scenario and to create some terrain tiles
for my 10mm WWI miniatures...I need only some FT-17...or British tanks...

Stay tuned...a wargaming day report, and another,
mysterious, painting guide in the next posts...

First pics of our new 6mm ACW buildings line...and some other longbowmen...

We' re preparing our new line of scenery and buildings for 6mm and 10mm scales.
For your curiosity in this post some pics of the first tests of a 6mm ACW building.
6mm line will consist of ACW and Napoleonic buildings, churches, windmills and bridges.
10mm will have more historical periods...Renaissance, ACW, Napoleonic, WWI and WWII.
Stay tuned... ;-)

And since we started to paint another batch, among some commission works, of longbowmen
for our Lancastrian army, we' ll use them as painting guide for the wood grain of the longbow...
Enjoy!... :-)

And the white primed longbowmen...ready for the base colours...

By the way...welcome to our new follower "Wargamer"...

War of the Roses 28mm longbowmen, final touches, and me as a sailorman...

Final part of our painting guide for these 28mm miniatures.
Mainly longbowmen with a small mix of spearmen and billmen.
They will be beased on 12cm bases. In this way I' ll be able to use them
for Impetus and DBA with larger bases...

Here are the other five parts of the painting guide...
...and a bunch of pics for your curiosity...

The third day of the America' s Cup World Series, Saturday, some friends invited me to this
"free class" regatta. So no AC45 catamarans pics this time but "I' m the sailorman" pics...

The regatta started near Nisida, Naples, and the finish line was near Procida island,
in the Gulf of Naples. 11 miles in the gulf. A sunny day and a, more or less, quiet sea...
