28mm Caesarian Romans...

I have finished my first base of 28mm Caesarian Romans,
Wargames Factory plastic miniatures.

Basing for Impetus rules, 12cm x 4cm, but I' ll use my Caesarian Romans
with DBA too, with larger bases...

And now some pics of my painting work...Ad Maiora!

And Happy Wargaming...and Life!

    1. Thanks Ian. Shields are handpainted.
Paint shields with several layers, then use dark brown as base for the leaves. Then a medium green for each leaf. And a yellow ink, I paint two layers of yellow ink, as final touch...

  4. Beautiful! And you fooled me; I thought that the shield decoration was decals. I'm seriously impressed, Foggy!!

    1. Thanks Jay... :-) and to say the truth, again, I find easier to paint a shield than to use a decal. I always have some problems with decals... :-(
